In short
- Bee IPTV Player is a media player. It provides no content, channels or playlists.
- You are responsible for your sources and for having the right to watch what you play.
- The app is provided as is, within the limits allowed by law.
- Apple is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the app.
1Agreement and parties
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) are an agreement between you and Ersin Ayaz (the “Licensor”, “we”, “us”), the developer of Bee IPTV Player (the “App”). They are not an agreement with Apple Inc. (“Apple”). We, and not Apple, are solely responsible for the App and its content.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install or use the App. If you use the App on behalf of someone else, you confirm you have the authority to accept these Terms for them.
2What the App is – and is not
The App is a media player. It lets you play content from sources that you add yourself, such as an Xtream Codes login, an M3U/M3U8 playlist address or, on the Mac, a local M3U file.
The App does not provide, host, sell, stream or distribute any content, channels, playlists or subscriptions. We do not control, verify or endorse any source or its content, and we are not affiliated with any IPTV provider.
3Licence
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download, install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions (including use by family members through Family Sharing, where available).
This licence covers the App and any updates we provide, unless they come with a separate licence. It is a licence to use the App, not a sale of it. We keep all rights that are not expressly granted.
4Restrictions
You may not, and may not allow anyone else to:
- copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the App, except as permitted by law or by an applicable open-source licence;
- reverse engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code of the App, except where the law expressly allows it despite this restriction;
- rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense or otherwise distribute the App to third parties;
- remove or hide any copyright or other notices in the App;
- use the App to break the law, to infringe the rights of others, or to access or share content without the necessary rights or permissions;
- interfere with or bypass the security or technical protections of the App or of any service you connect to.
5Your sources and your content
You alone are responsible for the sources you add and for the content you access, play or record with the App. You confirm that you have the legal right to access each source and its content, and that you will comply with all applicable laws (including copyright laws) and with the terms of your provider.
Do not use the App to access content from an unlicensed or pirated source. The recording feature on the Mac is intended for lawful personal use only, and you are responsible for complying with copyright and other laws that apply to what you record.
We have no control over, and accept no responsibility for, the availability, quality, legality, accuracy or suitability of any source or content, nor for the charges or terms of your provider. Any dispute with a provider is between you and that provider.
6Third-party terms and open-source software
You must also comply with the terms of any third-party agreement that applies when you use the App, such as your wireless data provider, your IPTV provider and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
The App includes open-source software, including FFmpeg through the KSPlayer library. These components are licensed under their own licences, whose notices are available in the App under Settings. Those licences apply to the respective components and prevail over these Terms for them.
7Intellectual property
The App, including its name, logo, icon, design, text and code, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership to you.
Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Mac and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc. All other names and marks are the property of their owners. We do not claim any rights in third-party content you play with the App.
8Updates, changes and support
We may update, change, suspend or discontinue the App or any feature at any time, for example to improve it or to comply with the law. Some features depend on your provider and on your device and may not be available everywhere.
We, and not Apple, are solely responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. You can reach us at support@bee-iptv.app. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support for the App.
9Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. It forms part of these Terms.
10Warranty disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every source, stream or device.
If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the App to you, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the App. Any other claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs or expenses attributable to a failure to conform to a warranty are our responsibility.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, use or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the App, or the content of any source. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App, if any.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent or gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
12Claims relating to the App
You and we acknowledge that we, and not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and use of it, including: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy or similar laws.
If a third party claims that the App or your possession and use of it infringes that party’s intellectual property rights, we, and not Apple, are solely responsible for the investigation, defence, settlement and discharge of the claim.
13Legal compliance
You represent and warrant that (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a United States Government embargo or that has been designated by the United States Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (b) you are not listed on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You must also comply with the export control and sanctions laws that apply to you.
14Termination
These Terms apply until terminated. You may terminate them at any time by deleting the App. Your licence ends automatically, without notice, if you fail to comply with these Terms, and we may also end it if we discontinue the App. When the licence ends you must stop using the App and delete all copies. The sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive it.
15Third-party beneficiary
You and we acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Once you accept them, Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
16Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. This does not affect any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence, including the right to bring a claim before the courts of that country.
17General
If a provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the rest of the Terms remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the App. We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version on this page with a new “Last updated” date. If you keep using the App after a change, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the App.
